It was a Sunday morning and I woke up in extreme pain from pulling out my back when I was sleeping. When I was introduced to FDI, I was in a very difficult financial situation. I was a struggling single mother not receiving child support. I have utilized the Legal benefit to assist me in sub-dividing a piece a property we own that has two single family dwellings on one lot. Before I utilized the services the city bureaucratic process was slow, discouraging and frustrating with a remote possibility of success. I woke up at 7:00am on Friday, July 11th with an excruciating earache. It was my son’s 10th birthday and we had planned a trip to the water park with him and his friends to celebrate. ( I was the only adult and therefore I had to go). I knew I wasn’t going to be able to take them, feeling the way I did, and my doctor didn’t open till 9:30 and he would require an examination before he would prescribe anything. I called
“TelaDoc”. A physician called me back and I explained the symptoms (I knew it was swimmer’s ear, I had had it before). He immediately phoned in a prescription.
